I work with developers scattered throughout a couple of floor...these are
big floors...each of our two floors is literally a NY City block wide and
deep. When I have a question for a developer, as much as possible, I walk to
where s/he sits. The other advantage to this is that I keep face-time with
all my other developers between point A and B, and I get to snoop to see
what they're working on (that I should know about).

How about "Have literacy, will sit still for hours"--? Writers don't
exactly travel, unless you count the 17 miles I go from home to work. My
doctor says I need more exercise, but only my fingers are moving lately.
