You're right. I don't.

I usually run disk defragmentation overnight.

Copy animation. Well, I make a few allowances there. If I *know* the file is going to take two hours to download, I can take a nap and catch up on my sleep. Twenty minutes--I can do the dishes or some equally plebian task. Five minutes or less, those copy animations are good for meditation.
