Forgive us, Shannon -- some of us have seen these questions come up over and over again, and we don't really have anything valuable to add. However, we also tend to forget that there are newcomers to the list who have NOT yet had a chance to share their insight and experience by answering such a question. We forget that we don't have to answer every post, and sometimes we oldtimers also forget where the delete key is.

going to generate additional insight?
