Hey Chris,

I find this pretty interesting, since I'm running Mac OS X 10.2.3 at
home right now. I've downloaded PDF files using OmniWeb and Safari both,
with no problems of the files opening for me. I seldom use IE, only if
OmniWeb or Safari don't work on the page. Maybe I'm not understanding your
problem (it's been a rather long week, with news of being laid off and
all), but they work fine for me with these two browsers.
