Yes, and this conflicts with the demand to minimize the
file sizes. I have had our own people demand that I
"lower the quality of the screen-caps and illustrations"
in order to shrink the PDF size, while simultaneously
complaining that "Figure X is fuzzy; can't you sharpen
it up?" So I just produce whatever quality of illustration
or cap that's available, and I embed full fonts and say
to heck with "ye of little pipe". After all, the docs come
on the CD.
