Yes, you've covered all options. If your attorney
is at all on the ball, he will probably step in
with license agreement text of his own, which he
plagiarized from elsewhere and which isn't as good
as yours, and he will resist all attempts to alter
it because he needs to justify being paid ten times
your salary for the same silly work of copying and
pasting.

Don't take it too seriously, it's only law.
