My mistake.... The arrow is on the left side of the browse field!!!!

and select insert hyperlink.
The Insert hyperlink window opens.
On the rigth side of the browse field there is an arrow, click it and choose
Remote topic..., browse to the file to which your want the link to point.
Click OK.
