And let's not talk about Accountants. Enron anyone?

Are accountant's tested for honesty? If not, nothing of the Enron case would reflect in any way of the validity of accountancy certifications, would it?

This seems to be a problem with many tests and certifications, from school grades to IQ tests to graduation exams: Good results in the test are often viewed as a general badge of quality for the person without considering what the test actually measured.
