I can't comment on RenderX or FOP, but I have seen Antenna House in action. The output was good, for the most part, but there were a few quirks--possibly more due to the XSL-FO than AH. One in particular had to do with nonbreaking punctuation in initialisms. For some reason, initialisms would break over lines. We saw the same behavior with ArborText's print composer and resolved it, so I think it was more likely a problem with FOSI and FO rather than the tools.
