Sigh. Jump through the hoops, honk the horn, clap your flippers, and get a
fish. How motivational.

I always found education to be really useful, but it's amazing how many
instructors don't see it that way.

But I digress. We were talking about technical writing.

So I'll ask the group: What single course proved to be most useful in your
technical writing work? For me, it was a course in Technical Illustration,
which gave me a lot of skills I never would have picked up any other way.
