Hi Jean

I am not sure if this will help you in your situation but thought I would mention it just in case you hadn't found it. In Acrobat you can compare two documents ( Tools/Compare/Two documents ) which gives you a final document that has all changes marked and compares the original with the final side by side. Some of my clients have found this very useful and others have complained that they couldn't understand what it was or how to use it. I leave it up to you to judge.

Problems:

1) The comparison is not always accurate.
2) The resulting file is sometimes very large. You can reduce it by not embedding the fonts but then you run the risk of the client not having the font needed.
3) Clients can't figure out how to use/read it.
