Aren't we limited to 15 so far? Maybe dropping it down
to 5. One is pretty drastic, as some have important
info to share, but if they post once, well, they have
to wait 'til tomorrow, and by then maybe they'd have
even more to share.

5 seems reasonable. It'd make people think twice about
posting something, thus quality will go up, but it
won't limit people with more to share from doing so.
