It depends on what the strategy is, and how it needs
to be implemented. Most of what I do revolves around
workflow and collaboration, which takes no or minimal
capital to implement. Other efforts involve extensive
capital, in which case that is all clearly scoped
prior to making the proposal, with accompanying
cost/benefit analysis.
