I CAN print it to file. I can create a PS from it. I just cannot redistill
the PS back to a PDF, which prevents me from incorporating into a RunFile

If I try to redistill the PS, I get the following:

This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file.
Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted.

I seem not to have gotten the predecessor messages in this thread, but let
me jump in here, anyway.

You cannot print a PDF "to file" if it is protected. The PDF is encrypted
and unless you illegally crack it, you just have to accept the restrictions.
