I have some short MPEG clips that were produced for us for marketing
purposes. They are CD quality and I need to downsample them to a bit
rate that I can use on our Web site. So far I've tried four or five
products from CNET's download site, and none of them has worked, mostly
because I'm on an NT machine rather than XP.

If you know of a tool and can post a link, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Dick
