I love it, the IT guys love it, even the customer loves it. It is easy to use, relatively easy to admin, and even a bit user friendly.

You can tweak your emails to track bugs you have submitted, bugs assigned to you and even those that aren't. Get friendly with the IT folks and you can see all the bugs you desire. It is a great way to keep up with all the problems/fixes even when no one told you about them.
