Some other members posted what your first step should be, look at examples.
I can steer you somewhat in the right direction, as I wrote documentation
for a company that provides solutions for various areas of the financial,
insurance, and securities industries. Unfortunately I cannot provide you
with a lot as everything I worked was proprietary, check out
http://www.kingland.com and you might get some ideas on how you want to go
about it.
