John, I generally have great respect for your opinions, but I must
disagree here.

As someone who has had to testify berore a Federal Grand Jury in one case,
and give depositions in a civil suit in another (both involving this
issue), I can tell you that it ain't about friendship or respect. It's all
about keeping your butt out of jail and not becoming a judgement debtor.

The best thing the original poster can do is write an anonymous note to
the HR department and file a copy away. That way, if some internal
investigation ever occurs, she can pull out that copy and state that she
did her job in reporting it.

Sorry, but MYOB doesn't cut it in these cases. I've been there and seen
how quickly it can get ugly.
