There is no SGML version. FM 7 has both structured and
unstructured capabilities. You'll need to turn on the
structured authoring capabilities.

You don't want the FM Help. Look in your online
documentation folder in your installation directory.
There is a PDF or three (can't remember how many but
there's at least one) about structured authoring in
there. THAT is what you want to read.

3rd party for FrameMaker? Not for importing. But for
exporting XML, you can use WebWorks Publisher, or
Mif2Go, or even RoboHelp, I think. But why would you?
You'll have already spent time creating a DTD in FrameMaker...
