90%. Applies to both Microsoft's products and all products.

Sci-fi author Ted Sturgeon was once accosted by someone who sneered "90% of
science fiction is crap." Sturgeon replied "Of course! 90% of everything is
crap!"

Thus, Sturgeon's Law was born.

In virtually any area (but especially in creative work), excellence is rare.
Some people accept that and view it as perfectly natural.

Others cling to the Lake Woebegon outlook (all the children are above
average). ;-)
