Not to be picky, but that's a diagnostic procedure, not a solution. Unless
you mean "I'm assuming you've re-booted." ;-)

In defense of Goober, his "complaint" -- advice, really -- is _absolutely
valid_, and you'd do well to heed it in the future.

You may have "solved" this problem without providing "ALL THE DETAILS"
(although it isn't clear how -- do you now know what was wrong and how to
avoid it happening again?).

But your chances of getting useful advice are *much* better if you give the
list more information to go on.

And, there's no need to shout.
