Hi there,

I just got an bulk email from the Rockley group that announces an upcoming
visit to Seattle by Ann Rockley. Honestly, it sounds like the Pope is
coming.

Don't get me wrong -- I mean no disrespect to the person or the organization
(I confess, I don't know much about either). I just don't recall any other
documentation-related marketing campaign that built a "guru-aura" around a
person more than a methodology or a product. Maybe it was like this when
Hackos started out, too. I don't recall. Anyway, has anyone found this
marketing campaign persuasive?

Happy Friday. Best regards,
Andrea
