Hi Peggy,
It looks like that you made some changes on one of the
footer on some page, or have accidently deleted some
footer whih had the "Same as Previous" setting turned
to "on". 

So, as a result, all your footers have either
disappeared, or the pagination on each page has been
deleted.

As a solution, first re-insert a footer by going to
View>Header/ Footer and then update your TOC.

In case I am not correct about the scenario, do let me
know.
