I keep seeing job listings for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance writers. All insist on previous experience, but the S-A act has only been around since 2002, so there can't possibly be enough experienced writers to fill all these slots.

Anybody done this? Any suggestions as to training that might make up for lack of accounting experience?
