The blank page does not display in print preview. There is no such option as "White space between pages", in this version, that I can find.
I tried physically printing and it did indeed insert the blank page but with no header and footer, as Lisa said.
I used page breaks to create the pages, defined the headers & footers, then deleted the pages. But even though the headers & footers existed, Word did not pick them up for the blank page.

If I remember, blank pages won't print unless there is text in the H&Fs: pagenum, x-ref to chapter title or book name, line above / below, for example.
