I've just read Lynsey's reply and think I may have gone off on the wrong
tangent. On this side of the pond an RFP can be a Request For Payment.
This doesn't seem to be the same thing that Lyndsey thinks it is, which
looks more like proposal documentation.
I which case, ignore everything I said!
