I would go to http://www.craigslist.org and look at the sections for Tampa Bay and Dallas (they don't appear to have a Clearwater site).

Craigslist started in the San Francisco area as a guy named Craig emailing a bunch of his friends about job opportunities, activities, housing openings, etc. It's now greatly expanded, both in scope and in cities served. It's a way to find some of the stuff you need cheap, a place to live, and a job.

When I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, I found
- two places to rent a room (one roommate ended up being my maid of honor at my wedding)
- job interviews
- a bedroom set
- a place to sell the old mattress
- entertainment via Best of Craigslist

Ok guys, here I am again. I think I have finally decided to relocate from
Rochester, NY to Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, or Dallas (have family and/or
friends in those places). I have three years of professional experience
as a web designer and technical writer and have my B.S. in Technical
Communication (May '03).
