Assuming that this condition is only temporary and
not something chronic that you have to live with all
the time, it sounds to me as if you're sick. Take
a sick day, attend to your health, watch some TV, do
whatever you do when you're *too sick to go to work.*
If your boss wants you to try to work at home while
you're sick, let him offer to pay you for it.
