Toggle on/off or Turns on and off

My first step is to make them all the same. Then, my
second step is to decide and globally fix them all.
For a technical audience that's not programmers, for
enabling/disabling/turning on/off/toggling on/off
features, which would you prefer:

Button z turns on and off feature a.

Button z toggles on/off feature a.

Button z enables/disables feature a.

Or, preferez-vous some autre approach?
