File naming issues

Hi, guys...the powers that be have decided that an application name will
have a plus sign in it. (example: POSADA+)

Does anyone know of any issues, either in helps, web, FM file/books, or
otherwise, where using a + in a file name (example: posada+.exe,
posada+.chm, posada+.html, etc) would be an issue?
