Users are the same everywhere.

I said I was a contract advisor for the Writers Union. We have an excellent
guide to book contracts that's free to members, but many times we'd get a
call from a member about something that was in the guide. Since we're all
volunteers, our patience wears thin. So we began insisting that a member
read the guide before asking questions, except when time is pressing, of
course. That cut down our calls by nearly half, and it encouraged our
members to educate themselves, to boot.
