Too many hits. You'll have to ask about it of the people who are
asking you about it. :-/

It looks like Docutool could be a documentation consulting company
that takes your content and repurposes it for you in many different
formats.

Or it could be a documentation utility within SmartWorks for VisualWorks.

Or it could be a utility for adding a small block of documentation for
engineering schematics.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Looks like you have some digging to do...
