Of course they are far too well-bred in Barth to pronounce their own town incorrectly ;0)

Other stunning examples include Grarse and Parseword. Of course, to those that speak like this, it is everyone else who has poor pronunciation. As I'm from Yorkshire, in my case they are probably right.
