Hi:
I appreciate everyone's helpful comments and will incorporate them in
future contracts.

My contract is coming to an end with the possibility of renewal after
the new engineering manager gets back from India. I did speak to HR
about the issue and I have decided to approach the engineering manager
about my fee issues if I am asked to do a new contract.

Thanks

Greg
