I'm looking for ideas on how to include one field code inside a second.
I'm creating a composite index that'll cover 5 master documents
(volumes) and their subdocuments (chapters).
I want the page number field code to include the volume number, so that
the master index does not refer to the pages just by their number, but
includes their volume number. Something like this:

MAXKORN Vol IV: 15, Vol I: 4, Vol III: 78

Any pointers would be most appreciated!
Ayesha
