I'd probably ask the translation agency what they'd want me to use. I seem
to recall L10Nbridge used FrameMaker, back when I worked for Tivoli, for
example. That was one reason to move to FM from IDWorkBench, as I dimly
recall.
Otherwise, yeah, I'd do ID for PCT and FM for everything else. Plus,
you'll be ahead of the learning curve with ID when Adobe kills FM. ;)
