As others have said I see the list as a major resource - bit like having
a VERY knowledgeable TWer in the next cubicle (I've yet to have an
question posted unanswered). On the whole my employers over the years
have had a similar attitude - they've seen the benefits from having
issues resolved quickly.
When I first joined the list I read everything. Soon I read threads of
interest/relevance and a few contributors that I considered worth
reading whatever the topic. Over the years I've read them as they've
arrived, on digest and when I had the time - depended on the
circumstances.
Currently, having just started a new job and off digest, I've my email
set up to filter messages to a TW folder for reading at lunchtime or
when there's a suitable break.
