There's a difference between being good and only appearing good.
Those that are can look at someone and know the difference. To those
that aeren't, they cannot tell.

Good cannot be determined by those who do not know what that is.
That's like saying that good building construction technique in
building a house is getting a roof on it. Bring in someone like an
inspector and you find out that if the ground thaws, the building
falls over. Only someone who knows the right way to build the house
knows if the house was built by someone who is good at it.

It's maybe one reason that our field has deteriorated to value only
those who are judged good by those who do not know the difference,
then when something out of the ordinary comes along, they fail to
achieve the results.

Good is not knowing how to get from A to Z in 26 steps. Good is
knowing how to get there in 5 steps.
