As I've said in job interviews, something that I'll likely never get to see: users who, when they read documentation I've written, say "Ah, now I get it." And to design that documentation so users get the information they need, when they need it.

Or better yet, designing the product so it inherently and correctly communicates its use and the users never even have to read the documentation I've written (or call their help desk or tech support).
