Hi!

I need help! I have been working as a Technical Writer in India since the past 2.3 years. Over this time span I've written various Courseware, Online Helps, User Guides, API Guides, Product Presentations, Brochures, etc.  I'll be moving to Cleveland, Ohio with my husband in May this year and don't have a clue as to how I'll start from scratch. I am an eternal optimist and don't mind starting with an entry-level technical writing job.

Since I'll have an H1-B visa once there, will there be any restrictions on me taking up a writing course or maybe even some freelance projects? How do I go about it?

Nisha
