An obvious con is that, if your internet connection goes down, you have no online help. Your end users could find this very annoying. Will there be a local version at all that they can use as a backup?

One other thing to consider--will all of your end users have internet access? For example, some international areas may not have access to it as readily as others. Again, will there be an option for a local version?

Just some thoughts,
Donna
