As a user, nothing drives me more insane than a company
(coughAdobehcough) that has an extensive system of topics,
troubleshooting and everything, but makes it darned near impossible to
figure out how to send them a question via email. If you are not the
contact person for technical assistance, make sure that the person or
people who are the contacts know how to use the site to easily point
people to information that is there, but maybe just not where the person
thought it would be. It makes their job easier, and if they track the
feedback, it will make your job easier too.
