Hi Shelly,

Yes, that tells me the number of concurrent users accessing help is
therefore dictated by the number of users permitted to access the
application. As long users can get to the application, they can get to
the help. No problem.

If the application has a max number of floating licenses controlled by
the license server, then users may be blocked from accessing the app.
For example, a license agreement for 100 users would block the 101st
user (until somebody logs out). You might ask how the app is licensed.
