Chorus: What should one do with a split infinitive,
What should one do with a split infinitive,
What should one do with a split infinitive,
Early in the morning?

Put the adverb before or after, etc.
(Chorus)

Ignore it unless the split has a long phrase, etc.
(Chorus)

Feed it and show it the kitty litter, etc.
(Chorus)

Cage it and send it off to the O.E.D, etc.
(Chorus)

Worry about something else that matters, etc.
(Chorus)
