Suppose you were asked to interview candidates for a position
as your next technical publications manager (i.e., managing
you), and provide input on the candidates to the person who in turn would be that person's manager (for the sake of context,
let's say that's me). What questions would you ask the candidates, keeping in mind that you would be providing input on them based on the answers you got back?
