Well, your time is valuable. Including the time you spend driving on
a bad commute. Add an hour or two to your personal day, and that has
some value.

Also, with a small company, you're more likely to be able to invent things
and do them your way. So if you're of creative bent, that's also a plus.

Finally, you didn't say anything about the fringes. Like stock options.
