This probably doesn't affect you or most of the members of this list but
anyone who uses the CAT (computer assisted translation) program DejaVu and
Office 2003. After several users made reports, this was sent on the DVX
list:

"Pending testing (I was going to install SP2 today but I didn't have
time), I would stay away from that update until we can confirm it
doesn't break DVX. From the logs Walter has sent, it looks like they've
done something to the Jet engine which makes most filters unusable!!!

I'll do some extensive testing tomorrow on various configurations and,
if SP2 does indeed render DVX unusable I will try to find a workaround
and release a build ASAP."

I have Office 2003 but have not installed (too chicken) it so I cannot say
personally that I have had problems.

For what its worth

Cass :)
