Hi All,

I have discovered that my screenshots look
like...well, not good, when printed. Onscreen they're
fine, whether in AuthorIT, Irfanview, SnagIt, Word, or
PDF, whether jpg or png. (JPG produces smaller files.)

If I increase the resolution, they look slightly
better but the file size increases dramatically.

Our plan is to have an online HTML Help plus a PDF
User's Guide.

Any suggestions that produce decent-looking printed
pictures without dramatically increasing the file size
welcomed.

Thank you,
Brian
