Mea culpa.

Okay, after a quick check of the Internet, it is obvious that Ghopers look different from Badgers and since we don't play Wisconsin, we couldn't have beat the Badgers. HOWEVER, the game announcer rated Minnesota as the #1 team in the CCHA Central Collegiate Hockey Association) which is where my confusion rests. And we beat Michigan too (twice) which ain't bad for a university with a 10th of the students located 150 miles from the Arctic Circle....ya gotta give me at least that.

Thanks for clarifying that it is NOT the Minnesota Badgers. I was
going to say something, but I was too distraught after being labeled
of all things a Badger. But this Gopher is over it now as snowflakes
are finally starting to appear out my Chicagoland window!!!!!

As for what I am doing today - other than welcoming winter weather -
is working on some procedures for the operations techs and listening
to Bob and Tom A to Z.
