There are different flavors of client-from-hell, Gene. In this case, the problem is getting her to articulate her ideas in words, period. I mean the words do come tumbling out (can you say logorrhea?); they just don't form articulate thoughts. Big right brain; not so much on the left. She uses lots of pointing and a certain amount of shouting.--
