I once worked with a woman like that. She was brilliant, almost prophetic in her ability to spot trends and conceive of technology. She thought on a completely different plane of existence than the rest of us. Unfortunately, it was next to impossible to live with her on this planet. She was so far out there that getting her to relate to mere humans was a daily chore requiring a regular miracle. I was, for a time, her point of contact with the real world, and it wrung me out. However, I learned so much from her that I wouldn't trade that experience for anything.

There are different flavors of client-from-hell, Gene. In this case, the problem is getting her to articulate her ideas in words, period. I mean the words do come tumbling out (can you say logorrhea?); they just don't form articulate thoughts. Big right brain; not so much on the left. She uses lots of pointing and a certain amount of shouting.
